PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT

  • MUST HAVE A STUDENT MINDSET
  • Learn the solar industry from inspection to installation.
  • Communicate & close projects with the permitting office.
  • Liaison between install teams and homeowners.
  • Assisting recruiting installers for rural areas
  • Communicating with permitting offices on behalf of PMs
  • Assist with any hiring process for inspectors or any direct/indirect work for GHS
  • Possess the ability to move around and handle multiple projects at a time.
  • Team player, ability to work with all department leaders and customers
  • Strong organization skills
  • Great writing and communication skills
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and negotiating skills
  • Ability to direct individuals and lead other team members to meet or exceed projects goals
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Microsoft Office Savvy (Word, Excel)
  • College degree: Bachelor’s preferred
